Rakesh Bedi

Rakesh Bedi is a famous television as well as film actor. He has got the image of a successful comedian. Though sometimes he has done some serious roles also but his comedy is liked more by the audience. This chubby man began his acting career in 1979. He got the role of a supporting actor in the movie Hamare Tumhare in 1979. The movie also starred Sanjeev Kumar.

Since his first movie, Rakesh has acted in more then 150 films. He has also done a lot of television serials. His most famous serial has been Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi. This was a famous serial of the 80s and had Satish Shah too. Another of Rakesh’s popular TV serial is Shrimaan Shrimati.

Though Rakesh Bedi has played different roles in different movies but his most appreciable role was in the movie Chashme Buddoor. The movie starred Farooq Sheikh, Deepti Naval etc. Some other movies of rakesh Bedi include Marigold, Jigyaasa , Mere Jeevan Saathi, Rehguzar, Tom, Dick, and Harry, Deewane Huye Paagal , Vaada, Rok Sako To Rok Lo , Raja Bhaiya, Talaash: The Hunt Begins etc.
