Utpal Dutt-Biography

The most versatile theatre actor Utpal Dutt glorified bollywood films with his knowledge and classic performances. Utpal Dutt created his own theatre group called Little Theatres in the 60s, where he directed famous plays like Angar, Ferrary Fauj, Nicher Mahal, etc.

Hrishikesh Mukherjee utilised his outstanding comedy conception in films like Guddi, Golmaal, Naram Garam, etc. In Golmaal, the actor played the father of Vindya Goswami and Amol Palekar even played a double role. The film had excellent script.

The same team did very well in the film Naram Garam. Utpal Dutt also played the role of villain in a number of films. He played the role of villain opposite Uttamkumar, in Amanush, opposite Amitabh in Inquilab, etc. His other notable films include Kisi Se Na Kehna, with Farooq Sheikh, Barsaat Ki Ek Raat, with Big B. Utpal Dutt was also considered as a big asset in Satyajit Ray’s films.

Utpal Dutt played the leading role in the film Agantuk, where depicted the values of Ray himself. It is difficult to highlight the contribution of Utpal Dutt in a small piece of article because he was a powerful actor of bollywood and tollywood films.

Akshay Kapoor-Biography

Akshay Kapoor was born in India and moved to the United States when he was 10 years old. Akshay made his Bollywood film debut with the teen romantic comedy Popcorn Khao! Mast Ho Jao which released in 2004.

In the year 2006 Akshay Kapoor starred in his second Bollywood film Alag, a remake of the Hollywood film Powder in which he portrayed the role of a man with extraordinary supernatural powers. Although both his films failed at the box office but he has got good reviews for his performances in both films.

Akshay Kapoor has also appeared in a short film called A Beautiful Mind... of a Gladiator and in 2008 the actor appeared in an American comedy film titled Spring Broke.

Kiran Kumar-Biography

Kiran Kumar is a Indian actor who has worked in many Hindi and Gujarati films. Kiran Kumar is ranked among the finest actors of Indian television too as he has given outstanding performances in every role he is assigned.

Kiran Kumar starred in Do Boond Pani that came in 1971, and went on to play the villain in several films. He is also known for his acting in Madhuri Dixit and Anil Kapoor starrer film Tezaab.

Sunny Deol was born on 19 October 1969 in New Delhi in India. His original name is Ajay Singh Deol and he is the eldest child of veteran actor superstar Dharmendra. His mother name is Prakash Kaur.Dharmendra sent him to England to study acting.There He joined theatre called the Old Web Theatre in Birmingham, England where he studied theater and acting.So it was Sunny Deol who was a diamond but it Dharmendra who polished this diamond.

Sunny Deol is married to Pooja and has two sons Rajvir and Ranvir, which are incidentally the names he chose for himself and Bobby Deol in his directorial debut Dillagi.Sunny made his debut as a romantic hero in Betab.This movie was released in 1983 & it was blockbuster hit.Deol became a superstar after the release of Betab.

After sometime Sunny Deol was casted for action film Arjun.He played the role of a jobless hungry youth who is forced to become a gangster with guns and knives by circumstances. Then Rajkumar Santoshi noticed his talent & gave him a major role in his movie Ghayal. His role of a boxer who fights for his family received cult status. Amjad Khan's biography

Amjad Khan bollywood's filmstar was an acclaimed Indian actor and director. Amjad Khan worked in over 130 films. The actor became most famous for playing the role of the dacoit Gabbar Singh in Sholay (1975).

Before joining the film industry he was a theatre actor. At the early age of 17, he entered hindi cinema and did his first film Ab Dilli Dur Nahin in 1957.
Amjad Khan's role of Gabbar Singh is considered by many to be the first depiction of pure evil on the screen in Indian Cinema.

After the grand success of Sholay, Amjad Khan continued to play villain roles in many Hindi films in the 1970s, 1980s and early 1990s. In the critically acclaimed film Shatranj Ke Khiladi (1977), directed by Satyajit Ray, Khan played the helpless and deluded monarch Wajid Ali Shah. He also played a positive role opposite Amitabh Bachchan in Yaarana (1981) and in Laawaris as Amitabh's father.

Amjad is also remembered for his comical characters in films such as Qurbani (1980), Love Story, and Chameli Ki Shaadi (1986). In 1976, he had met with a near fatal accident on the Bombay-Goa road. As a result of his increasing weight he died in 1992 after suffering from a heart failure at the age of 51.
