Ritesh Deshmukh Biography

Ritesh Deshmukh was born on December 17, 1978. He completed his education from G. D. Somani High School and Kamala Raheja School of Architecture in Mumbai. He is son of Vilasrao Deshmukh, former Chief Minister of Maharashtra.

He made his debut in 2003 with Tujhe Meri Kasam in which he co-starred Genelia D'souza which was average at the box office. He then did the lead role in Out of Control. He became a known face after the 2004 comedy Masti, again co-starring Genelia, which established him as an actor.

He has mainly taken on comic roles and a few serious roles. He has appeared in several comedy films including Kyaa Kool Hai Hum, Malamaal Weekly and Apna Sapna Money Money. He appeared in a supporting role in Bluffmaster with Abhishek Bachchan in the lead. He acted in one of the stories in Darna Zaroori Hai alongside Amitabh Bachchan.

In 2007, he was first seen in a guest appearance in Namastey London and then the multi-starrer action film Cash which was a box office failure. Later that year, he appeared in Sajid Khan's directorial debut Heyy Babyy, co-starring Akshay Kumar and Fardeen Khan, which was a worldwide hit and his most commercially successful film to date.

In 2008, his films De Taali and Chamku, both failed at the box office.

His upcoming films in 2009 are Aladin, co-starring Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Jacqueline Fernandez and Juhi Chawla, Ram Gopal Varma's Rann and Do Knot Disturb along with Govinda, Sushmita Sen and Lara Dutta.

He is currently working on Sajid Khan's Housefull along with co-stars Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Jiah Khan and Lara Dutta.

Zayed Khan, Bollywood actor hails from a Film family. He was born to
Bollywood actor Sanjay Khan and his wife interior designer Zarine Khan
on 5th July,1980.

Khan is the youngest of their four children. His siblings are Simone
Khan (wife of Ajay Arora), Sussanne Roshan (wife of Bollywood actor
Hrithik Roshan), and Farah Khan Ali (wife of DJ Aqeel). Khan is
related as cousin to yet another Bollywood actor, Fardeen Khan, whose
father is the late actor Feroz Khan.

Khan attended Welham Boys' School, Dehradun, and later Kodaikanal
International School, Kodaikanal, with childhood friend Esha Deol, and
Mallika Parekh, who became his wife.

Zayed Khan and Mallika were seeing each other for 10 years before
their marriage, which took place on November 20, 2005. The couple has
a son named Zidaan Khan, who was born on January 18, 2008.

Zayed Khan made his Bollywood debut in a film Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne
opposite Esha Deol in 2003. His performance was nominated for the Zee
Cine Award for Best Male Debut.

The biggest success of his career was the blockbuster Main Hoon Na
(directed by Farah Khan) where he played the half-brother of Shahrukh
Khan
and was paired opposite Amrita Rao. The film was produced by
Shahrukh's Red Chillies Entertainment and also starred Sushmita Sen,
Suniel Shetty and Naseeruddin Shah.

Khan then starred as a cop in action film Dus along with Sanjay Dutt,
Suniel Shetty, Shilpa Shetty and Abhishek Bachchan.

He has played insignificant roles in multi-starrer films like Shaadi
No.1
(2005),Cash(2007) and Yuvraaj (2008). In 2008, he appeared in
Mission Istanbul, alongside Vivek Oberoi and Shriya Saran.

Fardeen Khan was born on 8 March, 1974 to Sundari and famed Indian
actor/director/producer Feroz Khan, who is originally from
Bangalore.Fardeen himself has also taken up acting as his profession
in Indian Hindi Films.

Khan were arrested after the former attempted to purchase cocaine from
the latter at an ATM centre Juhu Vile Parle Development Scheme, a

Feroz Khan was born September 25, 1939 - April 26, 2009 in Banglore, India. He was an Indian Actor, Film editor, Producer and Director in the Hindi film industry.

His father was Sadiq Ali Khan Tanoli,who was a Pathan originally from Ghazni province of Afghanistan and his mother (Fatima) came from Iran.
He has three siblings Sanjay Khan, Sameer Khan and Akbar Khan, and one sister, Dilshad Begum. After his schooling from Bangalore, he came to Mumbai.
He made his debut as second lead Hero in Didi in 1960.

Despite his good looks and voice quality, he had to play the second to last lead in most of the movies.
His first major hit came in 1965 with the release of Oonche Log. It was his first major hit, but failed to attain the success he had hoped. Again, in the same year, he played a sacrificing lover in the mushy musical Arzoo. With this, Khan earned his entry into A-list second leads.
With the film Aadmi Aur Insaan (1969), Khan won his first Filmfare award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role. In 1971- 1975 he appeared alongside his real-life brother Sanjay Khan in the hit film Mela.

He also appeared in an English-language film titled Tarzan Goes to India in 1962 opposite Simi Garewal.


He turned into a successful producer and director so as to improve his career opportunities as a leading man. He produced, directed and starred in the 1975 -77 film Dharmatma which was the first Indian film to be shot in Afghanistan and was also his first blockbuster hit as producer, director and star. This movie was inspired by the Hollywood film The Godfather.

Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, he was a leading Bollywood star. He directed and starred in many of his films. The movie QurbaniNazia Hassan. He starred with his son again in Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena (2005) which was not directed by him and most recently appeared in Welcome (2007).

He also starred in the Punjabi film Bhagat Dhanna Jat (1974).


In 1965, he married Sundari, a designer and part of the Page Three circuit in Mumbai.They had two children together, Laila and Fardeen Khan (b. 1974). In 1985, after 20 years of marriage, he divorced his wife.

He died on 26th April, 2009 at the age of 70, in his Bangalore farm house. He was a known Indian nationalist. The actor had been diagnosed with cancer over a year before his death.
